We're currently hiring for our next Store Manager at our Remarkables Outlet Store The WHAT ? This opportunity is for 40 Hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday As a Store Manager of this location, you will Run the daily operations of an enthusiastic and dedicated team of 4+ Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Regional Manager to understand the customer's needs Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs Why be a Store Manager at Bendon?
