Our eyes are peeled for a Shift Supervisor to join our Timaru production team! In this role, there will be responsibility and accountability for the forward planning and day-to-day operation of our French Fry Packing Shift and all the resources allocated to this operation. About the role Promote H&S culture and compliance in processing and packing Ensure adherence to Plant Programs and Procedures Conduct personalized training for team development Use continuous improvement to reduce production costs Implement and sustain improvements through CI initiatives Manage production quality and enforce compliance Collaborate on KPIs and Performance Management Ensure compliance with local and corporate requirements About you Experienced in Supply Chain and Inventory Management with relevant industry qualifications Proficient in manufacturing processes Skilled in understanding and creating/updating documentation as needed Strong team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Capable of handling diverse projects simultaneously Background in food packaging and processing Physically fit for minimal manual handling requirements What’s in it for You?
