Position Overview: We are looking to hire a Project Manager who will lead our site delivery teams. You will be involved in managing full project cycles and successfully delivering major project construction scopes in line with CMW quality systems as well as commercial and program imperatives. Successful candidates will display leadership qualities, be able to manage competing priorities whilst meeting project deadlines and be accustomed to operating under pressure.Furthermore you will be involved in the following: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and promote technical solutions to meet client needs. Prepare proposals, technical documents, and project reports. Be responsible for your own work and relevant project outcomes as well as prioritising workloads and efficiently meeting deadlines. Building strong client relationships and winning repeat work. Contribute to company culture through strong and effective communication and collaborative teamwork. Qualifications and Skills: Tertiary qualified Civil Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong project management and interpersonal skills & a proven record of delivering projects on time and budge Demonstrated experience working on earthwork, land development and/or civil infrastructure projects Having an understanding or an appreciation for different soil types and a practical experience with NZ standards would be valuable Exceptional organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
