Fixed Term or Secondment until end of June 2025 Employment portfolio Based at MSD National Office, Wellington We’re seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to join our Employment portfolio within Service Delivery. In the Employment Portfolio we strive to ensure New Zealanders are supported to prepare for, find, and sustain suitable employment. We would love to hear from you if you want to: Contribute to meaningful change: Contribute to the improvement of service delivery and business processes from the initial idea through to the final implementation. Work collaboratively: Be part of a diverse multi-disciplinary team, working with MSD people across the organisation, other agencies, and partners. Solve problems: Understand business needs and clearly document what's required to address these challenges. As an ideal candidate you’ll bring expertise in: Documenting business processes and requirements Creating process maps and flow diagrams Engaging with stakeholders to understand process activities, decision steps and procedures. Identifying process pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Mapping between business rules and processes Translating business processes to technical requirements Using process related IT tools such as Visio, Excel, or Miro.
