We are looking for a Foodservice Field Sales Manager in Auckland. This role is responsible for the management and coordination of the allocated Field Sales Team/s to facilitate the achievement of sales growth and goals in line with corporate objectives for the country. The Key objective of this role is to ensure that McCain is “First Choice in Foodservice” and dominates market share in the categories McCain operates in, in the New Zealand Foodservice marketplace. About the role Directly manage all end-user customers in New Zealand Develop a strategic Business plan for End-user Business and pull through plans at Distributor level nationally Guide Sales Representatives to foster and enhance relationships with end users and distributors Drive execution of End-user AOC strategic plans and Distributor pull-through to achieve Distributor AOC Ensure McCain and its products are represented at distributor level Develop strong relationships with key distributors to prioritise McCain as the top choice About you A sound understanding of End-users and Distributors at all levels of the Foodservice Industry Previous experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is preferred, particularly in a Foodservice environment Strong communication skills to drive success and foster development Good organisational skills – efficiently schedule own time and activities to meet all project time frames Desirable business degree with a proven track record in data analysis for strategic business growth What’s in it for You?
