We are seeking a Demand Analyst, where the primary focus for this role is to be the key communication link between demand and supply within the supply-planning time fence for each Category. About the role Centrally coordinate communications on managing abnormal demand and supply shortages for all products Communicating and escalating issues within the short-term horizon Conduct data cleansing and maintenance activities Develop processes and structure for automating data sourcing and reporting Visualize data by creating and maintaining meaningful reports and dashboards Consolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causes Identify opportunities for improvement within the entire supply chain and providing actionable insights Facilitate actions agreed to resolve the demand and supply imbalances Reporting and KPI measurement, ability to build dashboards to drive action plans and continuous improvement About you Advanced analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail with confidence in decision-making Ability to lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to drive and influence outcomes Excellent communication skills for internal and external audiences Knowledge of SAP/APO/Power BI Advanced skills in MS Excel Maintain positive approach to work and consistently deliver high quality output Sound business process knowledge FMCG Experience would be beneficial Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and build cross-functional partnerships across the organization What's in it for you?
