Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the Role: As the Advisor, Wellbeing, Health, and Safety you will provide best practice advice and guidance across the wellbeing, health, and safety functions for our Kaimahi and people we serve. You will work closely with the Principal Advisor to design a Wellbeing Health and Safety awareness programme that ensures our Kaimahi are well supported, Worker Participation is effective, and managers are well equipped to support a safe work environment with a strong focus on the wellbeing of their team. You will have a knowledge and understanding of wellbeing methodologies and best practice coupled with knowledge and understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Your strong relationship management skills will see you confidently engaging and maintaining relationships with people at all levels. To undertake this role successfully, you will be a disabled person or be able to establish credibility and trust with the disability community, as well as having empathy and an understanding of the unique and diverse experiences of disabled people.
