About the opportunity for you: We are looking for an experienced social worker supervisor to join our new Tararua / Central Hawkes Bay site as a Supervisor Social Worker. Help inspire and lead a team of social workers to get the best outcomes for our caregivers, children and young people. We put the voice and needs of them 1st, we hear what they have to say and we make sure that above all else, they are safe, strong and in an environment where they can thrive. As a Supervisor Social Worker, you will play an integral part in making this happen. You will ensure social workers carry out quality assessments and make good, solid evidence-based decisions. There is plenty of variety and challenges, with no 2 days being the same. Your expertise to quickly work through complex details to make robust, safe decisions will be greatly valued.
