Senior HR Project Advisor Fixed Term/Secondment – until 28 February 2022 • Exciting project opportunity • Collaborative team • Broaden your skills About the role We are seeking a Senior HR Project Advisor to support a significant programme of work within our HR Business Partnership team. You will work at an operational level across multiple streams of work. You will have a can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done! Key accountabilities include: • Supporting the project team with planning, communications and engagement activities • Providing generalist HR advice to the project team • Contributing technical input and oversight into a range of workstreams such as accountability frameworks and competency models • Leading the development of position descriptions • Articulating people impacts and HR implications to managers and the project team. Skills and experience Our ideal candidate will offer: • Strong generalist HR experience including HR projects, in particular change programmes • An understanding of job design and remuneration • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in design of jobs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident dealing with managers at all levels • Lots of initiate, the ability to think ahead and be comfortable working with ambiguity • Strong influencing and relationship management skills and be able to quickly establish credibility and trust • Strong relationships with unions • Previous experience with HR role reviews • Energy, drive and enthusiasm and be a self-starter This is a great opportunity to work on an interesting project in a dynamic environment and hone your generalist HR skills.
