To do this: • We are committed to delivering excellence in the caregiver journey • We embrace the principles of mana tamaiti, whakapapa and whanaungatanga • We advocate for the wellbeing and aspirations of tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau, hapū and iwi • We create spaces for Caregiver voices and experiences to be heard and acted on through the development and delivery of excellent and exceptional Caregiver learning and support About the role Based within the Caregiver Recruitment & Support (CGRS) team, you will: • Take responsibility for providing strategic analysis and advice across the caregiver background and learning programme of work; drawing on caregiver voice and insights • including leading change and improvement projects • Lead the evaluation of caregiver learning and drive improvement • Manage the analysis of caregiver complaints, compliments and suggestions and highlight opportunities for improved caregiver background across CGRS and the Ministry • provide support, as appropriate, to ensure the design and delivery of learning for caregivers aligns to the overall Oranga Tamariki approach to learning Skills and background: Preference will be given to those who have: • excellent issue solving skills and a high-level of background in design, data collection, analysis, reporting and insights generation • proven project organizational skills, particularly in management of multi-faceted, complex and multi-stakeholder projects • demonstrated understanding and background in quality frameworks and methodologies • a commitment to the principles of mana tamaiti, whakapapa and whanaungatanga and to delivering to our Māori cultural framework • the attitude of a team member and the willingness to contribute to a positive, can-do, and results-driven culture • a desire to take initiative, innovate, and continuously improve • a relevant tertiary qualification What we offer: We offer a dedicated and supportive team, flexible work options and the opportunity to apply your skills and background to the wellbeing of vulnerable tamariki and rangatahi.
