Regional Commissioner Advisor - Canterbury - fixed term or secondment to June 2023 Full time, fixed term/secondment to June 2023 Position based in Christchurch The Regional Commissioner has a team of advisors who provide support and advice across a broad range of areas. Some key areas the RCA team support with are interagency and cross-sector initiatives, risk management, emergency management, regional planning and project collaboration/management. You will required to represent Canterbury Region at relevant community forums. To be successful you will have: exceptional written and verbal communication skills high levels of initiative and problem solving ability drive, with a flexible adaptable approach the ability to work at pace and make good evidence-based decisions the ability to navigate complex situations with political sensitivity.
