Project Coordinator


Project Coordinator We are looking for a full time Project Coordinator to join our Advisory Services team to assist delivery of our work programme. This role is newly established and gives the opportunity for the right candidate to adapt and develop as our environment evolves along with the role. We are seeking someone who enjoys variety and operates with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be working in a changing environment, so we value the ability to manage competing priorities, build and maintain relationships and to be flexible This is a great opportunity for a driven and proactive project coordinator to demonstrate their project skills, working on multiple pieces of work. What you will be doing? • Project planning activities - helping to ensure our projects are appropriately managed, and deliver quality products, on time and within budget • Providing administrative support for projects • Reporting – produce reports and other written work (for both external and internal audiences) as required • Managing risks and issues, raise concerns where appropriate Who we are looking for? The successful candidate will have: • Previous experience in project coordinator roles or relevant experience • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and presentation skills • Knowledge and understanding of the New Zealand public sector • Experience with scheduling, meeting minutes, reporting and coordinating meetings • Provide analysis and advice about issues relevant to initiatives and projects assigned to the role, as well as responding to emerging issues If you are a team player, and able to take the initiative to do what is needed to get the job done - then get in touch.
