We have a rare opportunity for a diligent fun-loving individual to join our crew to help provide HR support to Coronet Peak, The Remarkables and Mt Hutt.This position is a full-time permanent role and is responsible for providing operational recruitment and administrative support preseason and training/admin support during the winter. Alongside these duties you would also be assisting the HR Manager with a variety of people related activities and administration to enhance our crews employee experience.Key Duties include (but not limited too): Supporting the HR Manager and leadership team with HR activities Administration and co-ordination of the seasonal recruitment processes Advertising and recruitment of large volume seasonal crew. Drafting employment agreements and other onboarding documentation. Ownership of Induction, training and development programme planning Answering HR queries from internal team/ external parties Coordinating events and team activities throughout the year. Maintenance of personnel records and our recruitment system Reporting on key HR indicators Support for our Automated Rostering system About you: To be successful in this role you will have a fun-loving personality with a passion for the snow industry and/or outdoor adventure. You must also have an enthusiasm and drive to support people from all walks of life to ensure everyone is treated fairly and equitably.Other key skills and experience include: Large scale recruitment experience would be advantageous. Previous recruitment experience is essential. Solid administrative and/or customer service experience is essential. Passion and understanding of the Snow Industry would be an asset. Solid administrative skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills – written and verbal. A team focused, positive and energetic approach to life. Strong facilitation/presentation skills Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills An understanding of HR functions and processes would be a beneficial (not essential, this can be coached). An understanding of employment legislation would be a beneficial (not essential, this can be learnt). This role would suit a seasoned customer facing ski industry professional looking to get into the HR/recruitment space or a confident HR professional looking to broaden their skills in a fast paced but exciting industry.This is an exciting role with a high internal profile and a chance to really make a difference across all our mountains.
