National Business Manager - Multi Channel
The Role Here at Mars, we are on the hunt for an amazing leader to develop, coach and inspire our Multi Channel Account & Field Sales teams. This role is responsible for driving the Multi Channel sales strategy for the Mars New Zealand Business. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement long-term strategies to grow the channel • Member of the Mars New Zealand Sales Leadership Team • In conjunction with the wider business, shape the consumer marketing and category management agenda in the Multi-channel accounts • Cultivates a High Performing Team environment, encouraging a collaborative approach across account and field teams and empowering associates to deliver the sales plan • Drives process rigour and accountability of sales processes, sales forecasting and cost control • Manage the budget and spend across the channel The ideal candidate • Line Management experience • Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion and success for building effective teams • Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutual outcomes and channel growth • Experience developing and delivering a strategic business plan Applications close 30th June 2021.
