You will optimize sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives. How you will contribute You will: • Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle. • Monitor shelf and assortment. • Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores. • Perform required administrative tasks. • Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material. • Be the customer's first choice of supplier. • Create exposure in stores. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: • Previous merchandising experience (preferred) • Confident with good interpersonal skills • Self motivated with a drive to achieve set goals • Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills More about this role This role will support New World and Pak' n Save stores, with 9.25 hours weekly across Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday Stores to support: - New World Waiuku - New World Pukehohe - Pak n Save Pukekohe Work schedule • Saturday (2.25hrs) and Sunday (2hrs) Pak N Save - may work night before so Friday and Saturday night starts at 10pm until or around midnight • Sunday (2hrs) NW work starts at 530pm at Waiuku and moves back to NW Pukekohe • Wednesday (1.5hrs) and Friday (1.5hrs) work can be done between store open and lunch time ideally Requirements • Full driver's license • Worthy vehicle covered by comprehensive car insurance • Tech savvy, good customer service, time management and communication skills • Ability to focus, committed, reliable and consistent No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary At Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
