This role will suit someone who thrives on complexity and who enjoys exploring ways to add improvements and enrichment in service delivery. As a leader in our organisation, the role collaborates with a range of inter-disciplinary specialists and provides mentoring, coaching, and training to nursing and social care staff.There is a wide range of service models and methods including community engagement, outpatient clinics and home visits. This means no two days will be the same, with plenty of variety. You Will Bring Your experience will add depth to our already highly specialised team of medical specialists.Youâll be keen to develop as a professional in palliative care and already have three years post qualification experience in a speciality related to palliative care (General Medicine, Health of Older People, Oncology, Primary Care).You will hold a Current New Zealand Practicing Certificate from Medical Council of New Zealand. As a curious individual, you will enjoy research and exploring innovative approaches to get the best outcomes for our people and community.
