Fixed Term opportunity – Ending June 2025 Based in Wellington About the role | Tēnei tūranga The Lead Test Analyst will work closely with the key Kotahitanga project and QA practice stakeholders (including QA practice leads/manager, project managers, solution architects, software vendors and other stakeholders as necessary) to establish a shared understanding of the testing strategy covering roles and responsibilities, interdependencies and touch points between the parties, expected results, and deliverables. The successful candidate will coordinate testing activities with the internal testing team and external vendors providing end-to-end ownership of the testing process and deliverables. About You | Ko wai koe A successful candidate will bring along the following skills and experience: Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Stakeholder management skills – ability to communicate, influence and align senior project and business stakeholders on testing approach and outcomes. Experience in vendor relationship and delivery management. Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a team of test analysts and engineers. Recent hands-on testing experience The following skills and experience would be highly beneficial for this role: Experience in testing Oracle ERP / EPM. Experience in delivering FMIS core application replacement programme.
