What You’ll Do Gain core simPRO software and products knowledge in order to best address customer needs Ensure development of business within the existing customer database and achieve sales targets Understand trade contracting and field service business workflows to promote product benefits Assess client and stakeholder needs Contribute to and execute a sales plan with monthly and quarterly activity updates to expand business within existing accounts Participate in weekly and monthly one-on-one and team meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best-practice sharing Execute campaigns, activities and processes to build and nurture a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring a high conversion rate to qualified lead status and close a high proportion of deals to ensure above quota results are consistently achieved. What You'll Bring Minimum of 1 years' experience in a sales or business development role or minimum 3 years as a coordinator CRM use experience (Salesforce would be ideal) An understanding of business processes and workflows Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Passionate about learning High energy and engaging Must be able to exchange accurate information in all communication with customers.
