While previous experience is an advantage, we provide all training to ensure that you are up to speed with our products, our services, our standards, and our expectations. Passion for the outdoors and eagerness to learn and step-up. The ability to manage a group and strong public speaking and communication skills. A strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and reliability with the flexibility to work across different tours and products. A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn Flexible with a can-do approach and looking to learn throughout your time with us. This role is a full-time, fixed term contract finishing around May/June 2023, with the opportunity to become permanent, we also have a benefits package that encourages you to do back-to-back seasons. What we look for Don’t have experience? Don’t worry! If you have p assion for the outdoors a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn, we will provide all the training you need to ensure that you are up to speed with our products, our services, our standards, and our expectations. All we ask is that you have the following attributes: The ability to manage a group and strong communication skills, you will be speaking to groups of 16 excited passengers at a time. A strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and reliability with the flexibility to work across different tours and products.
