As a Case Manager, every day is busy and demanding but very rewarding as your work will have a meaningful impact on people's lives. Your welcoming approach and manāakitanga with our people will enable you to know them, understand how to best support them, and work with them to meet their needs. You treat people with care and show empathy for those in vulnerable positions. You understand the importance of employment and what a good CV looks like. You know how to find jobs in the local labour market and are excited to share these insights with others. You’ll bring a high level of personal integrity and initiative to the role and be comfortable using computer systems. The salary for this role is from $61,734 to $75,452 per annum (in line with skills, experience and other factors).
