Advisor, Alternate Formats Permanent Overview of position The Advisor, Alternate Formats plays a critical role in enhancing the accessibility of government services by ensuring that all governmental documentation is available in formats accessible to the disabled community. This position supports the Alternate Formats team by coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project delivery, and maintaining quality assurance processes. This role will be responsible for: Ensuring the quality assurance of Alt Format documentation Coordination of programme meetings and allocation of resources Support for programme planning and scheduling Programme secretariat support Providing support to the translation providers We are looking for someone who has: Excellent communication skills – both written and oral The ability to build trusted relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. An understanding of Alternate Formats is desired, but not a pre-requisite for this role.
