We are currently seeking a Programme Manager on a 1-year fixed term contract working specifically on our client site on their behalf. Based on site in our client’s premises in Auckland, the successful candidate has responsibility for the delivery of the client project(s). The key elements of this role are to co-ordinate all aspects of the project, to ensure that the project meets the client expectations.The roleThis role will suit an experienced, ambitious professional, capable of working in a dynamic environment in a direct client facing role. You must be comfortable working to and setting high standards for your team.Responsibilities 5-10 years’ experience as a Project or Programme Manager in a Telecommunications environment.Good understanding of network infrastructure including fixed telecom and mobile/wireless networks.Experience working on deployment or migration programmes within an ISP or Mobile Operator environment.Organise and chair workshops (operations, technical and business).Production and management of RAID logsProduction and management of project plans and schedules including resource profiling.Production of reports and presentationsAble to converse at multiple levels (Senior Executive to Engineer)Continual risk mitigation across business and technical domainsManagement of P&L if required. Please Note:Only candidates permitted to work in New Zealand will be considered for this role.
