We Go Beyond for A Safer World Te Tūranga - The Role Join our ICT team as the Head of Digital Transformation and lead the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) organization through a comprehensive modernization journey, transforming our operations into a streamlined and sustainable model that effectively supports the business's growth objectives. This role plays a pivotal role in driving digital innovation and organizational change through the effective utilization of Information and Technology. The incumbents leadership, vision, and technical expertise will be instrumental in positioning the ICT organization as a strategic enabler of business growth and success. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this role is responsible for: Offering technical guidance and leadership aimed at advancing the organization and its team toward digitalization. Overseeing the daily operational management of the ICT functions including Service Desk Management, Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Business Applications and Business Engagement. Ō pūkenga - About You To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in information technology or a related field and at least 10 years strategic experience in information & communication technology. As well as: Experience leading ICT initiatives and managing ICT teams. Demonstrated track record of technical innovation, thought leadership and risk management. Global operations partnership experience with extensive experience in the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of operational partnership relationships, including OEM product supply, ODM and CEM relationships. Extensive best practise experience of 5S, lean manufacturing, and 6 Sigma techniques as applied to own and partner manufacturing sites. Ngā painga - what's in it for you?
